Terms and Conditions - Beach Hut of the Year Competition 2012
1. This competition is operated and administered by TL Risk Solutions.
2. There are a limited number of prizes available for all categories of the competition, the prizes may be varied or changed at the judges discretion for a prize of equal value.
3. The competition period runs from 00:01 on Monday 30th April 2012 to 23:59 on Friday 7th September 2012, this is the final date for entries to be submitted, no entries will be accepted after this date.
4. Only one entry per person, no purchase is necessary to take part in this competition. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted. The entrance to this competition is provided free of charge.
5. All prize winners must be eligible to take part in the competition as determined by the eligibility requirements set out in clause 7.
6. Entries for the competition must be submitted via the web site www.beachhutoftheyear.co.uk. Entries via any other format will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entries or any which contain unsuitable images.
Eligibility
7. To enter the competition you must:
a) be a UK resident
b) for the Best Presented Hut category, be the owner or registered user of a beach hut sited in the UK
c) not be an employee of TL Risk Solutions, Towergate Underwriting Group Limited or any subsidiary companies
Restrictions
8. The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
9. TL Risk Solutions reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value should it be unavailable for any reason.
10. TL Risk Solutions reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time.
General Terms
11. By participating in the competition you are deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you breach any of the terms and conditions you will be automatically disqualified from the competition.
12. TL Risk Solutions cannot take responsibility for any entries submitted that are lost or delayed during any electronic submission or any other web page failure or those received after the closing date for the competition.
13. The winner must be willing to have his/her name and the postal town published and be willing to participate in any post event publicity. The competition and entries may be used in other promotional activity by TL Risk Solutions.
14. TL Risk Solutions holds no responsibility for loss or injury resulting from the prize of this competition.
15. The competition winners will be notified by telephone by the Friday 14th September 2012. The winners name(s) will be available in writing by sending a self addressed envelope to Beach Hut of the Year Competition, TL Risk Solutions, Park Row House, 19-20 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5JF before Friday 5th October 2012.
16. These competition terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
